Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

If you have the app installed, this is the fastest way to delete your account:

Open Ego → Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. You’ll be asked to re-verify your identity (password, Google, or Apple, matching how you signed in), then confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@ego.hughesdev.dev from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Account deletion request.” Include the email associated with your Ego account so we can locate it. We’ll verify the request and delete your account, typically within 7 business days, and confirm by email once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, notes, tasks, projects, calendar events, mind maps, AI conversations, and workspace data associated with your account. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
